Course Registration

COST FOR OKLAHOMA PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS:    The $50 non-refundable  Registration Fee is due with the registration form.  The $665 Institute Fee will be covered by the Oklahoma State Department of Education for Oklahoma public school teachers who will be under contract with an Oklahoma school during the 2016-17 school year.


COLLEGE BOARD SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS:  If you are a College Board scholarship recipient, you will need to submit your registration form along with the $50 non-refundable Registration Fee to our office. Our office will invoice College Board for your $665 Institute Fee.



HOW TO REGISTER:  You may register by printing and completing the Registration Form and doing one of the following:

  • FAX the completed and signed Registration Form with the non-refundable $50 Registration Fee to 405-325-0860 OR;
  • MAIL the completed and signed Registration Form with the non-refundable $50 Registration Fee to CCE-PACE, 1700 Asp Avenue, Suite 220, Mailbox 13, Norman, OK 73072.

Registration forms must be complete and include the non-refundable $50 Registration Fee in order to secure an available seat.

If you plan to pay your $50 Registration Fee by credit card and are not comfortable faxing your credit card information, you may give us a call at 405-325-5101 after you have faxed your form and we will be happy to take your credit card information over the phone.  Please know that once your payment has been processed, your credit card information is destroyed.



REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  Open seats will be filled and registrations accepted through June 17th.  Numbers will be finalized for lunches, College Board materials, duplicating of classroom materials, etc. based on the classroom count as of close of business June 17th.



SHARING OF INFORMATION:  We attach great importance to protecting our attendees’ personal data and maintaining privacy.  We will not sell your personal information to outside parties.  This event is being sponsored or co-sponsored by College Board and the Oklahoma State Department of Education, with which we will share attendees’ directory information.  Information will also be provided to your school district, if requested.  By registering for this Institute, you consent to this use of your directory information.



REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:  Once your completed Registration Form and applicable payment is received, you will be added to the course roster.  You will then receive a confirmation at the email address provided on your Registration Form.  Please provide an email address that you can access during the school year, as well as summer.
