Cost for Oklahoma public school teachers: A $35 non-refundable registration fee is due with the registration form. The Oklahoma State Department of Education will cover the $665 Institute fee. Beginning with the 2015 institute, the Oklahoma State Department of Education will no longer reimburse the $35 Registration fee.
Cost for teachers from out-of-state, not under contract, or from a privately funded school: $700 (includes a $35 non-refundable registration fee).
HOW TO REGISTER: You may register by printing and completing the registration form and doing one of the following:
- FAX the completed and signed registration form with the non-refundable $35 enrollment fee to 405-325-0860 or
- MAIL the completed and signed registration form with the non-refundable $35 enrollment fee to CCE-PACE, 1700 Asp Avenue, Suite 220, Mailbox 13, Norman, OK 73072.
If you plan to pay your $35 registration fee by credit card and are not comfortable faxing your credit card information, you may give us a call at 405-325-5101 after you have faxed your form and we will be happy to take your credit card information over the phone. Please know that once your payment has been processed, your credit card information is destroyed.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Registrations will be accepted through June 26th. Numbers will be finalized for lunches, College Board materials, duplicating of classroom materials, etc. based on the classroom count as of close of business June 26th.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: Once your completed registration form and applicable payment is received, you will either be enrolled in the course or placed on a waiting list if the course has filled. In either case, you will receive written notification sent to the email address you have provided on your registration form. Please provide an email address that you can access during the school year, as well as summer.
REGISTRATIONS FORMS MUST BE COMPLETE AND INCLUDE THE $35 NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE IN ORDER TO SECURE AN AVAILABLE SEAT.
